These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to autolinemfg.com, operated by Autoline Industries LLC ("Autoline," "we," "us," or "our") under the public service name Autoline Warehouse & Logistics. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website information is preliminary

Website content is provided for general information and initial business discussions. Descriptions of storage, warehouse space, parking, workspace, receiving, shipping, handling, CNC Manufacturing Services, timing, or potential availability are not guarantees.

All services remain subject to review, including capacity, suitability, goods acceptance, dimensions, weight, condition, insurance, safety, access, staffing, scheduling, equipment, legal requirements, and a mutually accepted written quote or agreement.

No reservation, lease, bailment, or service contract

Submitting a form, using chat, requesting pricing, requesting a tour, sending files, or receiving a preliminary response does not:

• Reserve warehouse, parking, workspace, equipment, labor, or appointment capacity.
• Create a lease, tenancy, license, warehouse relationship, bailment, or obligation to accept goods.
• Authorize delivery of goods, vehicles, equipment, or materials to the property.
• Create a binding price, service level, access right, start date, or completion date.
• Replace a signed storage agreement, warehouse receipt, quote, work order, CNC purchase order, or other applicable written agreement.

Do not ship or deliver anything to Autoline until Autoline has expressly accepted the request and provided delivery instructions.

Pricing and quotes

Any website pricing language, estimate, example, or automated response is nonbinding unless it is included in a written quote issued or expressly approved by an authorized Autoline representative. Taxes, labor, materials, handling, appointments, special equipment, outside services, payment fees, insurance requirements, and other charges may apply.

Quotes may expire, may depend on accurate customer information, and may be revised if the goods, quantities, activity, timing, condition, or requirements differ from what was disclosed.

Goods and activities requiring approval

Autoline may accept or reject any request in its discretion, subject to applicable law. Hazardous, illegal, contaminated, perishable, temperature-sensitive, highly valuable, regulated, flammable, explosive, controlled, or otherwise unsuitable goods may be prohibited or require separate written approval and documentation.

Vehicle, fleet, trailer, equipment, workspace, and business-activity requests are also subject to use, contents, access, zoning, safety, insurance, and operational review. The website does not authorize unrestricted access, full-time occupancy, public traffic, or 24-hour use.

You are responsible for accurately describing the goods, project, activity, dimensions, weight, condition, value, hazards, and special requirements before acceptance.

CNC drawings and project files

If you submit drawings, specifications, images, or other files for a CNC request, you represent that you have the right to provide them and to request the proposed work. You grant Autoline and its service providers a limited right to access, copy, and use those materials to evaluate, quote, communicate about, and, if later authorized, perform the requested work.

A website submission does not create a nondisclosure agreement or special confidentiality obligation. Do not upload export-controlled technical data, classified information, trade secrets requiring an NDA, or sensitive personal information unless Autoline has first provided an approved written method and any required agreement.

Acceptable website use

You may not:

• Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, disable, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• Introduce malicious code or use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract website content in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden or violates law.
• Upload material that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or that you lack authority to provide.
• Use website content or branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Autoline and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate evaluation of Autoline's services. No other license is granted.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. Autoline does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Autoline disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free content, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, noninfringement, and the availability or suitability of any service described on the website.

These website disclaimers do not replace or modify warranties, responsibilities, limitations, or remedies stated in a signed agreement governing an actual service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autoline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website. Autoline's aggregate liability arising solely from the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not govern loss of or damage to accepted goods, paid services, CNC work, or other matters controlled by a separate written agreement.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Autoline harmless from third-party claims, losses, and expenses arising from material you unlawfully submit, your infringement of another party's rights, or your unlawful misuse of the website.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any enforceable agreement providing otherwise, disputes arising solely from the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
