AI-assisted chat and automated processing

Our website may offer an assistant identified as Bob, Autoline's AI assistant. Chat messages may be processed automatically to answer general questions, gather request details, classify an inquiry, create a summary, and route the conversation to our team.

The assistant is not authorized to make binding commitments about pricing, capacity, access, goods acceptance, service availability, legal terms, or unverified capabilities. A human review or written agreement may be required. You may request human follow-up or leave a message instead of continuing with the assistant.

How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers that support hosting, website security, communications, customer relationship management, chat, analytics, file storage, scheduling, payment processing, and business operations. These may include Cloudflare, Zoho, and Microsoft, depending on the service used.
