Autoline MFG. has the equipment, tools, and training to CNC Mill your next project. We have produced a wide range of Automotive, Firearms, Military, Golf, Semi-Conductor, Prototypes, and Molds. Autoline offers milling services on a wide variety of materials, including but not limited to metals and plastics. Autoline MFG. has the resources to complete any size milling job from start to finish.
Milling has many advantages over other manufacturing processes. CNC milling is a fast and effective way to produce components with a high degree of accuracy. Smooth finishes can be achieved with CNC milling, while cast moldings can have issues with imperfections and inconsistent dimensions. CNC milling can produce almost any 2D or 3D shape if the machine can reach the needed cutting surface. Examples of CNC Milled parts include Automotive components, Molds, Firearms, Gears, Enclosures, Bracketry, Building, and Fabrication Components, just to scratch the surface.
CNC turning is the preferred method for removing large amounts of material on rounded stock as quickly and precisely as possible. It’s ideal for larger production runs when coupled with our automatic bar feeder, which provides a continuous supply of raw material directly into our CNC machines.
CNC turning is the obvious choice for making production volumes of threaded features and/or concentric shapes. CNC turning offers superior dimensional accuracy and high-quality finishes on all surfaces. This process best lends itself to rounded components, such as Hardware, Pulleys, Bushings, Flanges, Knobs, Bearings, and more.
If you’re looking for high volume, and quick turn around on simple components CNC is going to be your preferred method.
